HERBAL WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS

An herbal wellness consultation consists of:

• 1.5 hour initial 1:1 intake meeting, during which we'll discuss your wellness goals, health history, and get to know one another

• Detailed recommendations about herbs, diet, and lifestyle, sent within one week after the intake - 15 minute phone call for questions included

• 30 minute follow-up meeting, approximately two weeks after incorporating recommendations

Pricing:

As I am in the beginning stages of establishing my herbal practice, I'm offering a heavily discounted consultation rate of $60 to folks interested in working with me during these initial months and offering feedback. As I gain more experience, rates will increase, with sliding scale options available. I am also open to discussing options for trading for services.

Herbs and formulas are not included in the price, but may be purchased from me directly. I'm also very happy to refer folks to other sources as well! No one will be required to purchase products from me, and we can discuss affordable options if financial resources are limited.
